Our Team

​

Our Specialized Support Workers provide services for children, adolescents, adults and their families. They excel at establishing and maintaining therapeutic rapport with clients and their families and peers. The Specialized Support Workers implement programs and consistently communicate with families and members of the team to ensure the client’s needs are addressed and programming is optimized.  

 

Our Specialized Support Workers possess University or College level education and relevant experience. They possess professional liability insurance, vulnerable sector screening and maintain updated crisis prevention and intervention training. 

 

Our Behaviour Support Workers have extensive specialized experience in managing challenging behaviours.  Our Behaviour Consultants are available to complete assessments, develop specialized individual behaviour programs as well as monitor and supervise the Behaviour Support Workers. 

 

Our management team provides ongoing support and assistance to the support workers and follow up with the team on a regular basis to ensure continuity of service and excellence in care. Our primary directive is to ensure and maintain client safety and security.
